We hope you love every piece of your Breakpoint GVL purchase, but we completely understand that returns are occasionally necessary. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any unwashed and unworn merchandise, with original tags intact, within 14 days of purchase. Online orders will be refunded within the same 14-day window, minus original shipping costs.
Every online order is carefully packed and shipped directly from our Greenville, SC boutique within 2-5 business days. Require expedited service for a match or tournament? Contact us at proshop@breakpointgvl.com, and our client care team will do everything possible to accommodate your timeline.

- circle Online refunds are issued less the original shipping costs.
- close Sale items, as well as personalized or embroidered pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Portal
Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and zip code. Select the items you wish to return and whether you prefer an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Print & Pack
A prepaid shipping label will be generated for domestic returns. Securely pack the items in the original packaging, affix the label, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location. A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds to original payment methods (waived for exchanges/store credit).
In-Store Returns
Online orders can be returned in person at our Greenville boutique for an immediate refund, exchange, or store credit—with no return shipping fees applied.
schedule Refund Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your return once it arrives. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
